Website Launch Marks New Era for Specialist Seating Experts Channel Healthcare as Firm Celebrates Outstanding Business Growth

Independent specialist seating expert Channel Healthcare has unveiled its intuitive new website this week as the East Yorkshire based firm celebrates a period of impressive business growth.A reflection of the company’s commitment to clinically informed, purpose-built solutions and people-first values, the new website offers a more unified, user-friendly format for healthcare professionals, end-users and their carers.Users will benefit from an enhanced product catalogue showcasing Channel Healthcare’s extensive range of needs-led bespoke riser recliners, specialist seating solutions and mobility aids as well as expert help and advice.Notably, the website, developed in collaboration with Occupational Therapists, features the firm's brand-new Chair Selector tool with extensive filtering capabilities that allows users to more easily explore their seating options according to specific medical or mobility needs.

The new website comes in the midst of a period of expansion that has seen the firm open its state-of-the art new warehouse facility and modern new team HQ in Goole. Allowing for increased delivery capabilities that have already expanded the firm’s nationwide reach, the new facilities will set the firm up for ongoing success, with room to grow.The acquisition of new warehouse and office space has in-part been driven by the expansion of the Channel Healthcare team, starting with the hire of Commercial Director Matt Farrar. 

With over a decade of experience in the furniture industry, Matt will be responsible for further accelerating Channel Healthcare’s growth as the company looks to expand and refine its product offering and continues to redefine the standard across the bespoke and specialist seating sector.

The firm has also expanded its specialist seating team, with the appointment of Business Development Manager Andy Fieldwick covering the South of the UK.
